Dos de los grandes artistas canadienses se unen para crear uno de los mayores hits de los últimos años: “Monster”.
Dicho tema publicado el pasado 20 de noviembre, es el segundo sencillo que se incluirá en el próximo álbum de Shawn Mendes “Wonder”, que sale a la venta el 4 de diciembre.
En lo referido a la letra de la canción, ambos cantantes hacen visión a su pasado, al sufrimiento y a la presión por la cual tuvieron que pasar durante bastantes años por no querer “defraudar” a los que tienen a su alrededor. Por su parte, Justin Bieber ya se hizo mostrar en su reciente estreno “Lonely”, que su vida de estrella desde muy pequeño no ha sido nada fácil como la gente se lo esperaba.

Un mensaje que te ablanda totalmente el corazón y, donde te das cuenta de que, no todo lo que se ve en el exterior y no todo lo que la gente dice saber, es cierto. Muchos artistas tienen que lidiar con esos demonios internos, con esa presión continua de querer hacer bien las cosas y de no tener que fallar a nadie. Cientos de veces, la gente en general no sabe qué es lo que pueden llegar a generar con un texto o cualesquiera que sea, a dicho artista.
De la mano, un videoclip marcado de colores oscuros, donde sobresalta esa angustia y desesperación de querer soltar todo ese duelo que han tenido que luchar interiormente desde muy temprana edad. Totalmente desgarrador.

This track, released on November 20, is the second single to be included on Shawn Mendes’ next album «Wonder», which will be released on December 4th.
Regarding the lyrics of the song, both singers make a vision of their past, the suffering and the pressure that they had to go through for many years because they did not want to «disappoint» those who are around them. For his part, Justin Bieber already showed in his
recent premiere «Lonely», that his life as a star from a very young age has not been that easy at all, as people expected.

A message that totally softens your heart and, where you realize that not everything that is seen on the outside and not everything that people say they know, is true. Many artists have to deal with these internal demons, with that continuous pressure of wanting to do things well and not having to fail anyone. Hundreds of times, people in general do not know what they can generate with a text or whatever, to an artist.
What is more, the song includes a video clip marked by dark colors, where that anguish and despair of wanting to let go of all that battle that they have had to fight internally from an early age.Totally heartbreaking.
